Returns PolicyAll orders are carefully checked before despatch.Incorrect, faulty or damaged items must be notified to us by e-mail or telephone within 3 days of receipt. A full refund or exchange will be given for any incorrect or faulty items received. Any returns must be sent by registed mail and adequately packaged. It is recommended that all orders are registered in the event of goods being lost or damaged during transit. It is not the responsibility of I JUST LOVE THAT FABRIC if items are lost or damaged during transit once submitted to Australia Post for mailing.
